Welcome to “Oregon Trail Appaloosa Horse Club”.  We were organized in 1969 in Pendleton Oregon with Dr. Frank Lieuallen presiding as our first president and later were moved to Hermiston, Oregon.  We are affiliated with the Appaloosa Horse Club, Inc., of Moscow, Idaho.

OTAHC is dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the Appaloosa Horse breed at the regional level.  We are committed to providing opportunities for members to express their interests in participating within the guidelines of the Appaloosa Horse Club.

We welcome all horse enthusiasts, no matter where you live or what breed you may own. Please join and participate in our activities. Our main goal is to help you understand the Appaloosa breed and have fun with your horse.
